What are the delivery options and when can I receive my order?
Upon order confirmation, we'll need up to 2 business days to process and pack your parcel. It'll then be dispatched to our local courier partner - SimplyPost for delivery. You will receive the parcel within 3 business days upon dispatch.
Orders below S$25.00: Delivery fee of S$3.00 applies
Orders S$25.00 and above: Free delivery! Apply the coupon code: 25free
Remote area surcharge: S$15.00 applies for areas such as Sentosa, Changi Airport offices, Airport logistic park
Can I track my order?
Yes, you can!
You will receive your order’s tracking ID in the order confirmation email. With the tracking number (e.g TESM170720001), your order’s delivery status can be traced here.
It may take up to 1 business day upon the dispatch of your delivery for the order status to be refreshed.
I haven't receive my parcel. Who can I contact?
For local orders, you will be able to track the status of your parcel on SimplyPost's website.
If you have trouble retrieving information about your delivery, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and we will be happy to assist you.
Are there restricted areas/zones in Singapore that you do not deliver to?
We generally do not deliver to army camps, hotels, and most of the islands in Singapore (only because we aren't allowed to!).

Do you deliver on weekends?
Yes, for local Singapore orders only.
Simply indicate your interest by selecting the weekend delivery option upon checkout.
Weekend deliveries are available on Saturdays, from 9am to 6pm only.
No deliveries on Sunday & Public Holiday.
Are there additional charges for re-delivery?
Delivery attempts will be made up to two times, upon which parcels will be returned to MDOC Singapore if the 2nd delivery attempt is unsuccessful.
A re-delivery charge of S$4.00 will be applicable for all bounced parcels to be delivered again.
